Building together for a stronger future

Discover how working with Veterans Water-Works Collective LLC can create impactful, sustainable solutions for communities and drive mutual growth. Our partnerships are built on shared purpose and a commitment to excellence.

Our partnership ecosystem

Our partnership network is founded on the powerful idea that decentralized water and wastewater solutions can scale faster, reach more communities, and create greater economic opportunity. This is especially true when veterans, universities, tribal enterprises, and private sector operators work in alignment. Each partner plays a distinct role in building a statewide and, eventually, a national model for water resilience and community growth.

Veterans Water-Works Collective and MVP Rentals LLC

Veterans Water-Works Collective LLC (VWWC) provides the mission, technical direction, and veteran workforce pipeline. Our primary focus is deploying decentralized wastewater systems, advancing water resilience, and creating service-based career pathways for veterans and underserved communities. Every partnership we form strengthens a part of this mission.

MVP Rentals LLC serves as our operational backbone in Arizona, providing crucial field deployment capacity, equipment, logistics, and service support. This direct connection helps us serve construction sites, RV parks, and more efficiently.

Benefits of partnering with us

Companies and organizations partnering with Veterans Water-Works Collective gain a mission-aligned ally that strengthens their operations, sustainability goals, and community impact. Partners benefit from access to decentralized wastewater solutions that reduce strain on municipal systems, lower long-term costs, and improve site resilience. You also gain the advantage of working with a skilled veteran workforce, supporting both service quality and corporate social responsibility.

Through our developing collaboration with Arizona State University, partners can participate in innovation projects, applied research, and gain early access to new technologies. Our relationships with tribal small businesses and general contractors create pathways for culturally aligned development, community engagement, and expanded contracting opportunities. PGA-aligned golf courses and recreational venues benefit from high-visibility sustainability projects that demonstrate leadership in water conservation.

"For me, a successful partnership starts with shared purpose and clear communication. The most important part is trust."

Justin Phillips, Founder, Veterans Water-Works Collective LLC.

Our commitment to successful partnerships

A successful partnership starts with shared purpose and clear communication. We ensure both sides understand what we are building together and why it matters. Trust is paramount, creating space for honest conversations, realistic expectations, and long-term collaboration. We identify each partner’s goals early and align them with our mission to ensure the relationship is balanced and mutually valuable.

We maintain transparency, follow through, and consistent action, as people work best when they know what to expect. Flexibility is also key, as every partnership evolves. Regular check-ins and open dialogue keep relationships strong, preventing small issues from becoming barriers. When both sides feel respected, supported, and appreciated, the partnership becomes productive, sustainable, and genuinely impactful.
